The Pine Bluff A&P Commission met for a special called meeting to discuss 3 items on the agenda. The first item was to address an empty seat on the Commission and decide how to best resolve the matter. According to their bylaws, the next person to take seat as Chair would be the Vice Chair, and then next is Secretary-Treasurer. Before elections can be held for vacant positions, Exec. Director Sheri Storie expressed the need for the Commission to file financial statements to ensure compliance before elections.
