During its regular monthly meeting Monday night, Pine Bluff School District Superintendent Jennifer Barbaree announced the names of principals and assistant principals who will be in charge of district schools when school begins in the fall.
Barbaree appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show Tuesday and before identifying those people, explained the process that went into their selection.
She then went through the list, starting with the elementary schools and the junior high.
Barbaree explained that the need for assistant principals is greater than the need for a basketball coach, so the district will also be looking for a girls basketball coach. The principal and assistant principals at Pine Bluff High School and Greenville Pre-K were also named.
