The Monticello Economic Development Commission is teaming up with Entergy Arkansas to showcase available sites and buildings around the state.

According to the Advance-Monticellonian newspaper, the Monticello spec building, located at 130 Doris Lawrence Drive was one of six buildings selected for inclusion in a virtual building flyer that will be part of a continuing effort to attracted interested companies. It will also be included on the Arkansas Site Selector Center.

The newspaper reported that the program is in response to requests from site selectors who are looking for available properties as companies practice social and physical distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The flyer will provide information about the building such as a floorplan, 360-degree visuals from multiple locations in and around the building. Buildings in Blytheville, Little Rock and El Dorado are also included.

“It’s a compelling view that you just can’t get with standard photography and makes the experience as close to being in the building as possible,” Nina McDaniel, executive director of the Monticello Economic Development Commission said to the newspaper.
