Pine Bluff Police have confirmed that a 26 year old woman that was reported missing on Monday was found safe. Deonica Cabine was reported missing Monday afternoon. Police confirmed to Deltaplex News that Cabine, who was reported to have a mental disability was found mid morning yesterday.
