As the Deltaplex area works to move past the winter storm that hit over the weekend, many people are trying to determine whether they can get out and about for work or shopping.

While the Arkansas Department of Transportation has done a strong job clearing state highways, many side roads remain blocked due to snow and ice being pushed aside by plows. The City of White Hall has crews out working to clear the entryways and exitways to those side roads to help residents get back on the road.

White Hall Mayor Noel Foster spoke with Deltaplex News about those efforts.

Foster said he has only seven or eight public works employees in the City of White Hall, but he is proud of their willingness to get out and work hard to help the citizens of White Hall.
