A White Hall man was killed Thursday afternoon in a single-vehicle crash along Interstate 530 northbound, according to a preliminary report from the Arkansas State Police.
The crash occurred around 4:22 p.m. near the 17-mile marker in rural Jefferson County.
State Police identified the victim as 26-year-old Paulwinder Singh of White Hall.
According to the report, Singh was driving a 2021 Toyota north on I-530 when his vehicle left the roadway, struck a tree, and overturned, ejecting him from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.
No other vehicles or passengers were involved in the crash, and no additional injuries were reported.
Investigators said weather was clear and road conditions were dry at the time of the accident.
The fatality marks at least the 452nd traffic death on Arkansas highways in 2025, according to state police records.
