A $50,000 secured bond was set for a White Hall man accused of being in possession of, selling, and distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge 47-year-old Michael Walker with 5 counts of possession of material depicting explicit acts involving a child.

Reading from an affidavit, the Prosecuting Attorney said Special Agent Palmer obtained a copy of a report from The National Center for missing and exploited children’s cyber tipline on Feb 6th.

On march 5th, a copy of the report was reviewed, and 5 files of CSAM were noted.

His IP address was also contained in this report, which was subpoenaed on February 13th, and as a result on March 4th, his personal information was able to be obtained.

Pine Bluff District Judge Kim Bridgeforth signed and approved a search warrant, the material was recovered, and Walker was taken into custody without incident. He is scheduled to return to court.
