Arkansas State Police (ASP) Special Agents have arrested a Warren man on multiple felony charges in connection with a serious incident reported earlier this week.
Tilton Hill, 50, was charged with Rape, Kidnapping, and Aggravated Burglary on Friday, September 12. His bond has been set at $1 million.
According to authorities, the charges stem from an incident that occurred on Wednesday, September 10, when the Warren Police Department received a 911 call from a Pine Street resident who was with the 20-year-old victim. Warren Police then requested assistance from the ASP Criminal Investigation Division, leading to Friday’s arrest.
Hill was already being held at the Dallas County Detention Center on unrelated charges when the new charges were filed.
The investigation remains ongoing.
