Richard (Doc) Victorino has been a member of the Jefferson County Quorum Court only since February and has seen meetings where nothing happened because so few members of the Quorum Court showed up.

Victorino was a guest on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show on Friday where host Greg Horne said that for almost three years, County Judge Gerald Robinson and members of the Quorum Court have been at odds and Horne described that as “a horrible look” and said he thought most members of the public think the same. He then asked Victorino his perspective on that.

Horne then asked Victorino to  explain the term “super sponsorship” which some JP’s have used to get items on the agenda for meetings.
