Pine Bluff police are actively searching for a missing and endangered woman, Joynell Brandon, who was last seen near University Avenue around 11 p.m. on May 13.
Joynell is a 43-year-old Black woman with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5’2″ tall and weighs 220 pounds. Notable features include a nose ring and burn scars on the right side of her neck and right arm.
Authorities have noted that Joynell has a diagnosed mental health condition requiring medication, which she currently does not have with her.
