For the second straight year, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will be sponsoring the Juneteenth celebration in downtown Pine Bluff this Friday.
George Cotton from UAPB explained the activities when he appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show.
Cotton went on to say this.
