The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) will offer virtual Enrollment Management Command Center sessions on June 4, 2026, and July 2, 2026, providing students with direct access to comprehensive support services designed to help them enroll, register, persist, and progress toward graduation.
The UAPB Enrollment Management Command Center serves as a student-centered “one-stop shop” that brings together staff from multiple campus offices to address student needs in a single session. By providing coordinated virtual support, students can receive assistance without having to navigate multiple offices or appointments.
“The Enrollment Management Command Center is designed to remove barriers and simplify the process for students,” said Chris Riggins, vice chancellor for enrollment management and student success. “Our goal is to connect students with the resources they need in real time so they can stay focused on their educational goals and continue their path toward graduation.”
Representatives from Enrollment Management, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Academic Advising, Student Success, and other support areas will be available to assist students with a variety of enrollment-related concerns, including:
-Admissions requirements
-Financial aid issues
-Student onboarding
-Student account balances
-Registration and advising concerns
-Workday onboarding processes
-Holds that prevent registration
-Housing and orientation questions
-Student success and retention support
-Re-enrollment of stop-out and returning students
-The Command Center reflects UAPB’s commitment to creating a seamless student experience through collaboration, proactive outreach, and personalized support.
By bringing key campus partners together in a single virtual setting, UAPB continues to advance its student value commitments of Access, Affordability, Completion, and Opportunity while helping students stay on track to earn their degrees.
