The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is sponsoring the Juneteenth in the Bluff celebration this Friday in downtown Pine Bluff.
UAPB Vice-Chancellor George Cotton talked about why the University got involved and decided to do this when he appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show.
Morning Show host noted that Cotton said Pine Bluff was going through a transition and asked Cotton where he thought that transition was going and what UAPB’s role in it will be.
Cotton was also asked about the new chancellor, Dr. Anthony Graham, who will take over July 1.
