The University of Arkansas at Monticello will hold its fall commencement ceremony on Friday, Dec. 12, inside Steelman Field House.
The ceremony begins at 10 a.m., with doors opening at 9 a.m. University officials encourage guests to be seated by 9:50 a.m., as the processional will start promptly at 9:55 a.m.
Scheduled speakers include UAM Chancellor Dr. Peggy Doss; Kelly Eichler, chair of the University of Arkansas System Board of Trustees; and Dr. Michael Moore, the system’s vice president for academic affairs.
Graduates will receive a range of academic credentials, from master’s degrees to technical certificates.
The event will be livestreamed on YouTube. Security personnel will check all bags at the entrance.
