Two individuals accepted negotiated plea agreements during proceedings held April 20 in Desha County Circuit Court.
Kendrix Holley pleaded to first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and was sentenced to time served, followed by three years of suspended imposition of sentence.
Jamey Willhite pleaded to charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Willhite was sentenced to two years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
Court officials said the pleas were part of negotiated agreements reached between the defendants and prosecutors.
