Morning Show host Greg Horne asked Pitts to talk about some of the services Turning Point offers and she responded this way.

Pitts said right now Turning Point is only accepting children from ages 5 to 13 but in October, when their new facility at 3811 W. 4th Avenue is ready they will be accepting children ages 13 and up.

She said the new program will be offered at no cost to families but if there is a need for transportation, there will be a cost. The program is being offered first come, first served from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. and Pitts asked parents to pick their kids up on time.
