Stone Bank has once again earned a spot on Arkansas Business magazine’s “Best Places to Work” list, marking the third consecutive year the growing financial institution has received the honor.
The recognition is based on a comprehensive evaluation conducted by the Workforce Research Group, which includes a detailed company narrative submitted by management, an anonymous employee satisfaction survey, and a comparative analysis against peer organizations.
Founded in 2011 in Mountain View, Stone Bank has grown from a small community bank with assets under $90 million into a statewide banking network with seven locations and assets totaling $867 million.
“This award means a lot because it reflects what our employees actually feel,” said Shelia Cannon, branch manager of Stone Bank in White Hall. “Stone Bank challenges our employees to focus on excellent customer service through our 10 Be’s of Boulder Banking.”
