Jeb Little, who most recently has worked for the Arkansas State Police, has declared he is running against Senator Tom Cotton in the March 2026 primary for the Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate. Mr. Little was born and raised in Southeast Arkansas, graduated from Warren High School, and later attended Ouachita Baptist University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree.

Mr. Little’s reasons for running for the U.S. Senate seat are concern for both the country and the State of Arkansas. He is tired of our state being overlooked. According to him, the politicians in Washington, D.C., are out of touch and spending is out of control. He is concerned about how the current national debt will impact America’s youth, including his own three children. After the assassination of Charlie Kirk, he believes he needs to take on the deeply embedded political interests and stand up for his fellow Arkansans.

Jeb Little wants to take on the corruption in federal agencies and America’s political and wealthy elite. He strongly believes that anyone named in the Epstein files should be prosecuted. He wants a balanced budget and to continue the deportation of illegal immigrants. He feels the greatest challenge to our national is all forms of immigration – legal and illegal. He would ask the government to put a moratorium on all immigration until the borders and the United States are both secured.  At the same time, he wants to ensure individual privacy in both the digital and physical realms.

If elected, Mr. Little promises to never forget where he came from, to base his votes on his Christian faith, and to always remember the Arkansas people he wishes to represent. He would stay humble before God while and pray to remain untouched by the corruption and evil that does exist in Washington, D.C. He would model himself after Senator McCarthy, who he feels remained true to his convictions and distrusted those in power. He would also support term limits.

Also running against Senator Cotton in the Republican primary is Micah Ashby. Ms. Ashby attended Arkansas State University and has worked in the religious ministry. She is a supporter of the Second Amendment, education, and healthcare reform. She supports farmers and rural communities.

Six years ago, Tom Cotton was unopposed on the primary ballot for the Republican U.S. Senate seat. The 2026 primary will be different from the 2020 election.
