In a cost cutting move to eliminate many underforming stores, Walgreens will be shuttering many locations at the end of this year. Several locations in Arkansas are among those going away. The Jonesboro store on Caraway Road will close, along Little Rock locations on Baseline Road, and the store at 7601 Cantrell. The Walgreens store in Crossett will also be closed. More announcements are expected by the end of the summer.
