The former Pine Bluff School District building that was sold almost 2 years ago contains thousands of sensitive student records left behind. The building was aquired by John Fenley. He tells Deltaplex news that yes, he has owned the building for 2 years now; and yes, those records are still there.
So we asked, did the “as is” condition mean the records came with the building?
Fenley explains how Pine Bluff School District still pays him utilities to use the building as storage.
