PINE BLUFF, Ark. — Pine Bluff Police are investigating a shooting that happened just before midnight on Wednesday in the 3400 block of Lilac Street.
Officers in the area reported hearing gunshots and, upon further investigation, found two males who said someone began shooting at them as they were walking home from Two Brothers One Stop nearby.
Neither male was injured.
The males said that they didn’t see who was shooting at them; however, the mother of one of the males reported that they were “into it” with some other males and that those males had been walking in front of her residence “all day looking suspicious.”
Officers found two 9mm shell casings and three .223 casings in the area.
No suspects have been arrested.
