Pine Bluff Chief of Police Lloyd Franklin Sr. has set in motion a traffic enforcement initiative for the Pine Bluff Police Department.
According to a press release from Lt. David DeFoor Friday, Chief Franklin has tasked Assistant Chief Kelven Hadley and Deputy Chief Billy Elliot with creating an initiative to address traffic-related issues within the City of Pine Bluff. The details of this initiative are in the works now and the initiative is expected to begin during the week of March 14, 2022.
Traffic infractions that are to be addressed include, but are not limited to, speeding, reckless driving, failure to register, and careless and prohibited driving.
