A 25,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff woman on drug related charges.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Melissa Wilson, 23, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Reading from an affidavit by Detective Jerrell Johnson, Chief Deputy Prosecutor Jill Reed said on March 4, Johnson was sitting stationery on East Harding Avene when he saw a vehicle turn right into a parking lot without using a turn signal and conduced a traffic stop. The vehicle was driven by Wilson.
Wilson was told to come back to court April 20.
