A $5,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff woman previously convicted of misdemeanor domestic battery after she was arrested following an incident with family members.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Kyrius Davis, 25, with felony domestic battery.
The allegation is based on an affidavit from Police Lt. Derick Neal that was presented in court by Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin.
Davis was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court Aug. 1.
