Pine Bluff Woman Charged with Threatening Ex and His Girlfriend

A $2,500 bond was set Tuesday for a Pine Bluff woman accused of making threats to her former boyfriend and his new girlfriend.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Ashlie Garden, 20, with terroristic threatening.

Reading from an affidavit by Detective Ryan Edwards, Deput Prosecutor Shana Alexander said on Feb. 8, police were contacted by the victim who reported receiving threatening phone calls and text messages.

Garden was ordered to have no contact with the victims and told to come back to court April 1.
