Pine Bluff Woman Charged with Burglary After Returning to Evicted Home

A $2,500 bond was set Wednesday for a Pine Bluff woman accused of breaking into a house she had previously been evicted from.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Ja’Lia Robinson, 28, with residential burglary.

Reading from an affidavit by Detective Jesse Horton, Deputy Prosecutor Shana Alexander said on March 9 at 3:25 p.m., police were sent to a house on South Ohio Street where the owner of the property said he had previously evicted Robinson from the residence.

Robinson was told to come back to court April 24.
