According to a Pine Bluff Police Department press release 39-year-old Leashebia Davis, of Pine Bluff, has been booked into the W.C. “Dub” Brassell Detention Center on a charge of First Degree Murder in the May 4 death of 38-year-old Elvis Kendal.
Kendal was found shot after the Pine Bluff Police Department responded to a shooting at 33rd & Hazel at approximately 6 p.m. Monday afternoon.
Upon arrival, officers found Kendal with gunshot wounds inside of a vehicle.
He was transported to Jefferson Regional Medical Center where he later died of his injuries.
