The Pine Bluff Urban Renewal Agency held a special called meeting Monday at midday to enter an executive session focused on personnel matters.
Following the closed session, board members announced they had approved a $1,250 Christmas bonus for Executive Director Chandra Griffin. The amount matches the bonus issued to all full-time City of Pine Bluff employees this year.
The board also voted to reimburse Griffin for mileage accumulated over the past year. According to agency officials, she logged 1,820 miles and will receive $1,274 in mileage compensation.
To cover the bonus and reimbursement, the board approved a $2,600 budget adjustment.
No other business was brought before the board during the meeting.
