The Pine Bluff School District began classes Monday and with it came the implementation of the Bell to Bell no Cell Phone law.
School District Superintendent Jennifer Barbaree talked about that when she appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show.
Barbaree said she then went to the high school campus.
