The Pine Bluff School District missed six days because of the ice and snowstorm that almost shut the state down and they have come up with a plan to make those days up.
District Superintendent Jennifer Barbaree talked about that when she appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show Tuesday.
Morning Show host Greg Horne asked Barbaree how that works, if for example a family had paid for a ski vacation on the week that students have to be back in class.
Barbaree also talked about trying to be proactive when looking at the calendar for next year.
Horne also asked Barbaree if she thinks the Pine Bluff School District is more sensitive to trying to get those days made up than other districts because the district is in the process of trying to turn the academics of the district around?
