The Pine Bluff School Board met on Monday for their regular meeting and one of the topics on the agenda was the need to replace some of the district’s buses.
District Superintendent Jennifer Barbaree talked about that on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show.
She continued by saying the board had given her the authority to buy the two buses.
Barbaree said she was particularly happy about one of the used buses being a special needs bus, and when asked, said the two used buses will cost the district $85,000 each while the cost of the new bus was $177,000.
