The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a woman who has not been seen in four months.
Carolynn Hailey Stephens, 30, was officially reported missing on Nov. 18, 2025. According to police, the last known contact anyone had with Stephens was on July 19, 2025.
Stephens is described as a white female, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds. Her last known address was listed as 6007 Carbon Street, though she reportedly lived there about six months ago.
Anyone who has seen Stephens or has information about her whereabouts is urged to contact the Pine Bluff Police Department at (870) 541-5300 or the Detective’s Office at (870) 730-2090.
