Pine Bluff Police are investigating a Wednesday night shooting that damaged a home and vehicle in the 1100 block of South Dakota Street.
Officers were dispatched to the area at approximately 8:27 p.m. after a woman reported hearing gunfire outside her residence while she was inside cooking dinner. When police arrived, they discovered the home had been struck multiple times.
According to the report, two bullets hit the front living room window, and additional rounds penetrated interior walls, reaching both the kitchen and the master bedroom. The woman’s vehicle, parked in the driveway, also sustained damage when its rear window was shot out.
Police said two children and a male were inside the home at the time, but no injuries were reported.
The incident remains under investigation.
