Pine Bluff Police Captain Graduates from FBI National Academy

Pine Bluff Police Captain Jason Howard has graduated from the FBI National Academy, completing one of the nation’s premier law enforcement leadership programs.

Howard was part of Session 297 at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia. The program brings together selected law enforcement leaders from across the United States and around the world for 10 weeks of advanced training in areas including leadership, constitutional law, behavioral science, officer wellness and critical incident management.

The FBI National Academy is widely regarded as one of the most respected professional development programs in law enforcement, with graduates joining an international network of public safety leaders.

Pine Bluff Police Chief Shawn Davis attended the graduation ceremony and recognized Howard’s accomplishment and commitment to leadership and professional development.

Department officials said Howard’s completion of the program reflects the agency’s ongoing focus on training, leadership growth and providing a high level of service to the community.
