A man currently on probation and a woman with no prior convictions or pending charges were arrested Friday after they were found inside a house that was being renovated.
Aaron Stigger, 46, and Lattee Richardson, 49, both of Pine Bluff were taken into custody after police were sent to 1601 S. Utah St., at 4:41 p.m. for a security check on the house.
Reading from an affidavit from Detective Jason Boykin, Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin explained the allegations.
Boykin reported that he interviewed the owner of the property who said Stigger and Ricardson had no right to be inside the house at any time.
Spradlin said Stigger is currently on probation for residential burglary stemming from a 2024 arrest and a petition has been filed to revoke that probation.
Because Stigger is on probation, Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $25,000 cash only bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with residential burglary and theft of property. A $12,000 secured bond was set for Richardson on the same allegations and both were told to come back to court March 18.
