A $75,000 bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff man with multiple prior felony convictions who was arrested Saturday after police found him holding a gun.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Khadafi Creed, 48, with being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a defaced firearm.

Spradlin said Creed has six prior felony convictions and has legally changed his name.

He has no charges pending.
