A $25,000 bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff man who allegedly threatened to kill police officers.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Willie Calloway, 42, with terroristic threatening.
Reading from an affidavit from Detective Jason Boykin, Prosecuting Attorney S. Kyle Hunter said on Saturday, police were sent to an address on Faucett Road after a report that threats had been made against a police officer.
During the investigation, police listened to recordings of calls Calloway had made to MECA (Metropolitan Emergency Communications Association).
Calloway was ordered to come back to court April 29.
