Reading from a probable cause affidavit by Detective Shaun Watson, Deput Prosecutor Maxie Kizer said on Thursday, police were sent to the Corner Grocery on West 13th in reference to an incident that happened a couple of days before.

Kizer told the court that the victim said she did not know Rogers, who was told to have no contact with her until the case is settled.
