A $5,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man accused of having a license plate that was on a vehicle involved in a shooting incident.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Demarius Colbert, 32, with hindering apprehension.

Reading from an affidavit from Detective Ryan Edwards, Deputy Prosecutor Maxie Kizer explained the allegation.

Edwards reported that a police Flock camera located the license plate that had been on the Ford F-150 but it was now displayed on a 2005 Chevrolet Impala.

Colbert was told to come back to court Feb. 18.
