During the court hearing, a deputy prosecutor said one of the checks was deposited into an account at Regions Bank July 1 and the 2nd on July 2. The checks were processed and determined to be fraudulent.

Bell admitted having a bank account with Regions Bank but denied doing anything illegal.

He was told to come back to court Oct. 15.
