Pine Bluff Man Charged After Allegedly Firing Shots at Girlfriend During Dispute

A $20,000 bond was set Wednesday for a Pine Bluff man who allegedly fired shots at his girlfriend following an altercation.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Tevin Livingston, 26, with aggravated assault on a family or household member.

Reading from an affidavit from Detective Jesse Horton, Deputy Prosecutor Shana Alexander said at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday, police were sent to the area of West 32nd and Fir in response to a report of gunshots.

Livingston was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court April 1.
