A $10,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man previously convicted of domestic battery who was arrested following an incident Wednesday.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Gary Ross, 59, with second offense third-degree domestic battery, a felony.
Reading from an affidavit from Sheriff’s Sgt. Clayton Cantrell, Deputy Prosecutor Maxie Kizer said on Wednesday, deputies were sent to an address in Pine Bluff.
Ross was ordered to have no contract with the children or their mother and told to come back to court Feb. 18.
