A $25,000 cash only bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff man who allegedly pushed his 62-year old mother, causing her to fall, threatening his sister with a gun, and cutting a tire on the sister’s car with a boxcutter.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Quantae Jamerson, 39, with second-degree domestic battery, first-degree terroristic threatening and criminal mischief.
Reading from an affidavit by Detective Tiffany Woods, Prosecuting Attorney S. Kyle Hunter said police were sent to a reported disturbance on Phillips Street.
Hunter said when Jamerson was questioned, he denied pushing his mother and pointing a gun at his sister. He is currently out on bond on pending drug and weapons charges and was told to come back to court May 13.
