The question to Buffkin came after a meeting of the Quorum Court Monday where dissent between the two factions resulted in legislation not being adopted.

Buffkin was a guest on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show where host Greg Horne asked Buffkin the protocol for an officer using a Tazer or someone after an incident following a recent meeting of the Quorum Court where a citizen, Garland Trice, was tazed by a sheriff’s deputy.
