New crime stats have been released for the month of December in Pine Bluff. The new numbers show a 7% drop year over year.
In December there were 224 total crimes reported down from 240 in December 2024.
There was one homicide recorded in both December 2024 and 2025. Rapes were up, with five in December of 2025, while aggravated assaults and robberies were up slightly year over year. Crimes decreasing were simple assaults, commercial burglaries, residential burglaries and thefts. December calls for service totaled 2,312 and there were 563 traffic stops.
