A $5,000 bond was set Monday for a Monticello man on drug related charges.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Brdgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Ryan Griffin, 19, with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver.
According to a probable cause affidavit presented in district court, Griffin was arrested Friday after police witnessed a two-vehicle accident at 7th Avenue and Blake Street.
Griffin was told to come back to court April 29.
