Pine Bluff Mayor Vivian Flowers

In a wide-ranging discussion Thursday, Pine Bluff Mayor Vivian Flowers defended her efforts to eliminate the Urban Renewal Agency. Among the items she discussed was blight removal with Flowers said Urban Renewal had not done any of that lately.
Morning Show host Greg Horne explained his statement saying population is shrinking.
Flowers also discussed the resolution approved by the council that supported Urban Renewal.
She also explained the second grant mentioned in the resolution.
