When winter weather settles into the Deltaplex, concerns often extend beyond road conditions, school closures and government offices. Many residents also worry about livestock and other animals that must remain outdoors during frigid temperatures.
Greg Bolin of River Valley Tractor, a local cattleman, spoke with Deltaplex News about how area cattle are handling the cold and what producers are doing to keep their animals safe during winter weather.
Bolin said quality equipment is essential for any cattle operation, and River Valley Tractor offers the machinery producers need to keep their farms running smoothly.

Bolin added that River Valley Tractor has purchased the property where its building is located, a move that will allow for future expansion.
