A $50,000 bond was set Wednesday for a Jefferson County man accused of fleeing from police while driving a vehicle that had been reported stolen.
Davdrin Goffin, 42, was also accused of running into a house in the Dollarway area where he was located and taken into custody.
Deputy Prosecutor Joe West said on Tuesday, White Hall Police received a call about a stolen vehicle that was on Dollarway Road.
West said two males, including one later identified as Goffin, ran into a house and the owner told police the men did not have permission to be there.
Goffin is currently on parole from Drew County for residential burglary and being a felon in possession of a firearm and has pending drug related charges from Jefferson County. He was told to come back to court Nov. 12.
