Gerald Robinson
Jefferson County Judge Gerald Robinson has filed a lawsuit against the Quorum Court that alleges that a procedures ordinance that was passed earlier this year is illegal.
Appearing on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show Monday, Robinson explained that while the lawsuit has to name all 13 members of the county’s legislative body, there are only 8 who specifically are breaking the law.
He went on to explain the allegations.
Robinson then explained further.
